Get ready to indulge your sweet tooth at Sugar Rush 2025 — a magical, mouthwatering event bringing together the best desserts, snacks, and sweet treats from all over under one roof! This year, we’re turning up the festive cheer by adding a full-blown Holiday Market, where guests can shop from amazing small businesses offering unique, handcrafted, and seasonal items perfect for gift-giving.

🛍️ Non-food vendor spaces are extremely limited and highly competitive, so bring your most creative and one-of-a-kind items to wow the crowd!

🍰 Calling all dessert, snack, and food vendors!

• All items must be packaged to-go in accordance with expo regulations.

• 300 bite-sized samples are mandatory for all snack/food vendors. No need to individually package them — just hand them directly to VIP guests when they visit your booth! This ensures personal interaction, giving you the chance to explain your product and encourage on-the-spot sales.

• After applying, you’ll receive a vendor contract that must be signed to confirm your spot. Unsigned contracts will not be refunded and will forfeit their space.
