Sugar Rush is not your typical vendor or craft show — it’s a curated Sweet & Snack Expo designed to showcase standout businesses, unique products, and unforgettable flavors.

For 2026, Sugar Rush is leveling up with an improved layout, expanded space, and a more selective vendor process to create the best possible experience for both vendors and attendees.

• One-building layout with more open space and improved flow
• Two-session event format to manage attendance and increase shopping time
• More curated vendor categories to reduce duplication and help vendors stand out
• Extended event hours that feel like a two-day event in one
• Limited VIP sessions focused on sampling, engagement, and sales

🕒 Two-Session Event Experience

To allow for smoother traffic, better visibility, and more intentional shopping, Sugar Rush will feature two sessions in one day:

Session 1:
VIP Entry at 10:00 AM | General Admission at 11:00 AM

Session 2:
VIP Entry at 3:00 PM | General Admission at 4:00 PM

A vendor reset hour will take place between sessions for restocking, recharging, and networking.
Vendors are required to participate in both sessions.

We are seeking high-quality vendors offering:
• Desserts & baked goods
• Snacks & specialty foods
• Beef jerky, pickles, dips, popcorn, candy
• Gluten-free, keto, diabetic-friendly options
• Coffee, mocktails, specialty drinks
• Dessert-themed and snack-inspired crafts

Non-food vendors are welcome but must align with the sweet & snack theme.

While we do not offer category exclusivity, we intentionally limit the number of similar vendors to reduce overlap and maximize vendor success.

All sampler vendors are automatically entered into VIP People’s Choice Voting, where VIP attendees will vote for their favorite sample. The winner takes home their booth fee back plus a prize!

📋 Food Truck Requirements

• Food trucks must contract directly with the York Expo Center
• Once accepted, we will send you the required contact information and instructions to complete this process

💵 Deposit & Refund Policy

• A $100 deposit is required to hold your food truck space
• Upon arrival and check-in on the day of Sugar Rush, $50 will be returned to you
• If a food truck cancels or does not show, the full $100 deposit is non-refundable

This policy helps ensure a reliable and high-quality food truck lineup for our guests.
